The National Scientific Research and Study Center was established in 1995 by a number of competent and experienced university professors and scholars of different areas of specialization with the objective of providing all kinds of academic and scientific service in the form of economic, legal and social studies and research and in areas pertaining to translation and computering so as to bring about an all-inclusive renaissance. It also detects and investigates changes and vital issues putting its full capacity at the disposal of all organizations, institutions, and universities, along with national, Arab and foreign companies.

The Center, therefore, undertakes the mission of providing multifarious information, data and statistics. It also conducts political, economic and social research giving reliable scientific consultations to various bodies and institutions with the aim of assisting them with putting and executing their plans on scientific grounds.

Moreover, the center participates in writing, printing and publishing different scientific books, the most significant of which is the university textbook besides translating whatever is published in various languages when necessary.
